Dear Patients,
It is with mixed emotions that I announce that I will close Johnson Pediatrics effective December 23, 2021. I will be unable to continue with your care or renew your prescriptions after that date. This has not been an easy decision for me, as caring for my patients has been a great source of satisfaction and growth these many years. It has been a great pleasure and privilege to assist you with your health care needs since 1997. Many of you have become like extended family. We will miss you greatly during our retirement.
I suggest you arrange to place your children under the care of another Pediatrician as soon as possible.
Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred only with your written permission, which we can do until December 23, 2021. After December 23, 2021 all patient records will be sent to Desert River Solutions to be the custodian of medical records. Starting on December 23, 2021 please start requesting your medical records from Desert River Solutions.

Dr. Johnson is a board certified pediatrician who trained in Salt Lake City at the University of Utah, Primary
Children's Medical Center. He obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, Nebraska. He and his wife, Maria, enjoy many of the outdoor activities
available in southern Oregon including running, cycling, skiing, rockclimbing, hiking, backpacking, windsurfing and flying. Their weimeraners Cali and Jake provide them with hours of aerobic
activity.
